  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, contractors, and A&D firms
  • Create detailed space plans, presentations, and live design workshops (in-person & virtual)
  • Solve complex design and technical challenges using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM360

  • Experience with SketchUp, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and strong design documentation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; client-facing experience is a must
  • Strong understanding of healthcare planning, building codes, and sustainable design
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to balance multiple priorities with a positive attitude
  • NCIDQ or CID accreditation preferred; LEED or WELL certification a plus
  • Valid driver’s license required for occasional site visits and vendor meetings

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration days (Tues–Thurs)
  • A people-first culture that values your creativity, voice, and growth
  • Inclusive, respectful, and engaging team environment
  • Access to professional development and industry-leading projects
  • Opportunity to help shape innovative workplace and healthcare environments nationwide
  • Competitive Annual Salary
  • Full Benefits Package including healthcare (medical, dental, vision), 401k with company match, financial planning assistance, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, pet insurance, travel assistance, PTO, commuter benefits, and much more
  • Team gatherings and excellent team culture
