LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Nurse Navigator for a travel nursing job in Portland, Oregon.

Oncology Nurse Navigator
5x8s 0800-1630
3 weeks of orientation
Preferably Hematological Malignancy and/or Solid Tumor experience
Ambulatory care oncology experience preferred

This role ushers in new patients to our program, helping ensure patient understand why they have been referred, clarifying next steps, and preparing them to be an engaged partner with our clinical teams.
Experience in solid tumor oncology will be quite helpful, ideally both solid tumor and hematological malignancies.

Ideal is prior experience in a care coordination role in oncology or in triage if they don’t have pure coordination.

 

Requirements\n• Three years of related clinical experience in an adult or pediatric oncology\n• Demonstrated professionalism\n• Excellent communication and reflection skills\n• The ability to:\no Work collaboratively on a team\no Provide and receive feedback and delegate\no Prioritize and adapt in stressful situations\n• Unencumbered Oregon State Board of Nursing RN license\n• External candidates: bachelor’s degree in nursing\n• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification\n
