Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer / Project Manager located in Hunt Valley, MD. The Senior Interior Designer / Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, developing interior design concepts, space planning, and creating construction drawings. The role also includes coordinating with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure the project meets all design, schedule, and budget requirements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Interior Design, Space Planning, and Interior Architecture
• Proficiency in creating detailed Construction Drawings
• Experience in selecting and specifying FF&E
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• NCIDQ and LEED AP certification is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
