About the Role

We’re looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our outbound efforts—identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers to build a strong pipeline for our Account Executives.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the way we scale, bring strategic thinking to outbound sales, and mentor junior team members.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead Generation: Research, identify, and qualify potential clients, focusing on publishers and monetization companies in the digital advertising space.
  • Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting averaging 100 calls a day and incorporating emails, and social media to engage decision-makers and influencers.
  • Pipeline Development: Collaborate with the sales team to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and communication with prospects.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities to inform outreach strategies.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demos with qualified leads, effectively handing off prospects for further sales development.
  • CRM Management: Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in Salesforce CRM.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide insights and feedback from prospect interactions to help refine Browsi’s messaging, product offerings, and outreach strategies.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Browsi’s products, services, and value propositions to effectively communicate benefits to prospects and tailor messaging to their specific needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR or sales role in SaaS or tech
  • Proven track record of exceeding KPIs and generating qualified pipeline
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer pain points and articulate value
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated, organized, and hungry to learn and grow
  • Experience using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or SalesLoft is a plus
