Director of Sales, Location: Stuart, FL

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a 20-person sales organization, including two sales managers and their teams
- Develop and execute field sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor and improve sales performance through call volume tracking and closing ratios
- Manage customer relationships and optimize team activities using HubSpot/CRM
- Demonstrate strategic thinking , excellent communication, and strong leadership
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, and product teams
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales leadership, particularly in field sales management
- Experience in B2B products and/or services sales leadership
- Strong track record of improving sales metrics and closing ratios
- Proficiency in using HubSpot/CRM for sales management
