About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Primary Coach to mentor financial advisors and agents. This role focuses on improving performance, developing skills, and driving business growth through coaching and training. The ideal candidate has a strong background in life insurance and financial planning, with a passion for leadership and professional development.
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Provide one-on-one coaching to advisors on sales, marketing, and business strategies.
✔️ Lead training sessions on financial products and practice management.
✔️ Track performance metrics (KPIs) and help advisors set and achieve goals.
✔️ Guide advisors in building strong client relationships.
✔️ Work with leadership to expand and grow the agency.
✔️ Collaborate with investment advisors, compliance, and marketing teams.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in life insurance, ideally in leadership or division-building roles.
✅ Deep understanding of life insurance products and financial planning.
✅ Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead a successful sales team.
✅ Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and mentoring skills.
✅ Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
✅ Willingness to travel to advisors’ offices as needed.
