Paralegal – Legal and Operations Support

Hybrid | Sarasota, FL (Lakewood Ranch – Waterside area)

$75K to $85K base + performance-based bonuses

We’re working with a dynamic, fast-growing client in Sarasota that provides integrated legal, financial, and operational services to scaling businesses and high-net-worth individuals. Their work spans CFO services, tax strategy, M&A advisory, and legal counsel — all under one collaborative roof.

The Role:

Our client is looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their team. This is a hybrid position that starts with in-person onboarding, then transitions to a flexible work schedule. The right person will support not only legal matters but also contribute to operational needs across departments.

You’ll work closely with leadership and clients to help manage contracts, filings, and compliance, while also lending support to internal workflows, project tracking, and communications.

What They’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a paralegal or in a legal assistant role
• Strong written communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do mindset
• Willingness to assist with internal operations, task tracking, and light administrative support
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Clockify, and CRM or project management tools
• Ideally based in or near Sarasota, Bradenton, or St. Pete
