Job Description:

Are you a motivated individual with a passion for real estate and customer service? We are seeking a dynamic Leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you'll work across four different locations, providing leasing services and support. Your primary responsibilities will include showcasing our properties, assisting potential tenants, and managing leasing agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and answer prospective tenants' questions.
• Assist in the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in.
• Maintain positive relationships with current tenants.
• Ensure all leasing documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with the property management team across multiple locations.
