Responsibilities

• Assist prospective tenants with property tours and leasing inquiries.
• Market and promote available properties through online listings and social media.
• Process rental applications, verify applicant information, and prepare lease agreements.
• Maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents.
• Ensure properties are well-presented and ready for showings.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) is a bonus.
