responsibilities: Oversees the timely and accurate submission of all tax returns (including income, sales tax, GST, VAT, and withholding tax) for North America, while supervising the same process for international entities. Ensures adherence to applicable tax laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

International Tax Manager 

Key Responsibilities:

- Review US income tax returns and international information reporting forms.

- Prepare and review documentation related to Subpart F, GILTI, foreign tax credits, and other tax attributes.

- Prepare and review ASC 740 tax provisions for multinational enterprises.

- Advise clients on outbound and inbound tax planning and structuring.

- Research and consult on various international tax matters.

- Develop and expand a network to attract new business, including relationships with colleagues and clients.

- Hold yourself and others accountable for business development targets.

- Mentor and motivate team members.

- Communicate openly about practice and strategy goals.

- Set and achieve periodic goals that enhance your value to the firm and clients.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master's degree in Tax preferred.

- 7+ years of public accounting experience managing tax projects and client engagements.

- CPA certification.

- Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound tax planning and worldwide tax minimization.

- Proficient in GAAP Financial Accounting/ASC 740.

- Experience mentoring and training associates.

- Familiarity with tax technology.

- Strong client relationship management skills.

- Ability to multitask and commitment to continuous learning.

- Leadership and project management abilities.

- Excellent communication and networking skills.
