The HR Business Partner, position is responsible for the day-to-day human resource duties for Enpro’s Alluxa Division. This role will have responsibility for all aspects of HR including employee relations, talent acquisition, training and developing, policy and procedure alignment, compensation and payroll related topics, performance management and compliance with state and federal laws. The role will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate a culture focused on safety, respect, and business excellence. The ideal candidate will be a thought partner, coach, and collaborate to bring creative and effective ideas and solutions to the organization.

Enpro carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including the background, education, training, and experience required, as well as geographic considerations such as cost of labor, and applicable local and state laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $72,000 - $109,000 annually. Actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Enpro offers a range of benefits including, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) matching, and other supplemental insurance options.
