Job Description
PROJECT MANAGER
AGS is currently seeking a Project Manager – Security Infrastructure. Candidates will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the project. Candidate must be willing to work on the project site and may also be required to obtain security clearance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and licensure in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering , Architecture, Construction Management, or similar fields
10+ years of relevant experience in electrical and/or mechanical engineering management
Excellent communication & presentation skills (written and oral)
Ability to work successfully in a highly collaborative environment
LEED AP qualification
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, meet deadlines under pressure
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
Develop schematic, design development, and construction documents
Monitor onsite and offsite construction for compliance with safety and building regulations
Negotiate agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses
Ensure adherence to quality standards and proper construction techniques
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in Aviation or transportation industries
Experience working in secure environments
Experience collaborating with stakeholders
Professional licensure

Salary Range:
Annual Salary: $160,000 - $208,000; Hourly Equivalent: $76.92 - $100.00
