KPMG is seeking a Director, Enterprise Architecture to join our Digital Nexus organization in a hybrid work setting. Responsibilities: Lead large, cross-functional initiatives by developing enterprise-level architectures that support multiple transformations, collaborating across teams to create cohesive architectural representations aligned with strategic business objectives. Facilitate organizational change through researching and defining technical strategies for enterprise solutions, aiming to reduce costs, increase efficiencies, and enhance capabilities while mitigating risks and bolstering security. Maintain reference architectures and patterns supporting strategic technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. Develop roadmaps including product selection, upgrades, and milestones. Evaluate business demands early in projects to determine appropriate software, integration technologies, and system architectures to meet objectives efficiently, including research and proof of concept activities. Provide technical design and architectural leadership, documenting logical, physical, and process views across multiple technology domains. Qualifications: At least eight years of recent IT Enterprise Architecture experience supporting large, cross-functional initiatives with SaaS and platform-centric strategies. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred. Proficiency in extending platforms like ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, and Power platforms, with knowledge of mobile technologies, architecture options, and security best practices. Understanding of SDLC methodologies (waterfall, agile) and background in development/application architecture. Knowledge of operating systems, hardware architectures, distributed computing, storage, virtualization, networking, security, database design, BI tools, mobile app development, and service integration. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
