💰 Up to $150,000 DOE + Benefits

We’re working with a growing, tech-forward company in the SaaS/Insurtech space that’s looking to bring on a Cybersecurity Specialist to help drive their security strategy forward.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment and enjoys balancing security leadership with technical depth.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and evolving the SIEM environment , helping detect and respond to real-world threats.
  • Supporting and shaping IAM and PAM strategies to ensure robust access control and governance.
  • Contributing to security architecture and advising on best practices across infrastructure and applications.
  • Leading and supporting security-driven projects — from assessments to tool implementation.
  • Owning vulnerability management — identifying, prioritising, and helping remediate risk across systems.
  • Partnering with DevOps to embed DevSecOps principles into CI/CD workflows and pipelines.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity roles within cloud-first, SaaS , or regulated tech environments.
  • Solid understanding of modern security tooling , especially SIEM and IAM/PAM platforms.
  • Ability to work across teams, influence engineering decisions, and help shape a secure product roadmap.
  • Comfortable navigating both strategy and execution — you know when to lead and when to get hands-on.

This is a great opportunity to make meaningful impact in a business that values both innovation and security. If you’re looking for your next move and want to be part of a forward-thinking team, we’d love to hear from you.
