In this role, you will ensure all programs comply with applicable federal, state, and county laws, regulations, policies, and procedures by providing oversight to agency staff concerning program planning, interpreting overall program objectives, and advising on problems related to the coordination of Children, Youth, and Families services. You will be responsible for administrative and supervisory work assisting the Children & Youth Administrator and Assistant Administrator.
Our team will rely on you to mentor, guide, and teach supervisory and casework staff the skills and techniques of providing protective and supportive services to the children served by our agency, as well as offer encouragement and assist with difficult or complex situations. Your work will also include reviewing data to analyze program effectiveness and recommend changes to enhance operational methods; attending, facilitating, and organizing meetings; and communicating with staff, providers, and families regarding cases or concerns as they arise.
