• Represent clients in civil litigation matters involving bad faith insurance claims
• Collaborate with a close-knit team to craft case strategies and trial preparation

• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and discovery documents
• Attend in-office meetings 2–3 times per week for case collaboration

Qualifications:
• 1–6 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of bad faith insurance law
• Admitted and in good standing with the California Bar
• Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Proven ability to manage litigation independently
• Book of business is a plus, but not required
