What Should You Know?

• We're looking for a dynamic candidate who is interested in a fast-paced environment that promotes creativity, teamwork, and integrity!
• This position will be an active member of our Business Credit team, contributing to company culture and driving the goals of the organization
• This position works directly with the Credit Manager focusing on aggressive growth and opportunity

What Responsibilities Will You Have?

• Guide and support clients in establishing and building their business credit.
• Analyze and accurately input data crucial to the development of a strong credit profile.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and internal team members across various channels.
• Provide business startup consultations focused on business credit to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and client interactions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while advising clients on strategies to grow their businesses.
• Conduct outbound and inbound consultative calls, engaging with clients for approximately six hours per day.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues as they arise.
• Support special projects as needed and assigned

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of call center or consultative experience.
• 5+ year of data entry experience with strong attention to detail.
• 5+ year of experience using CRM or Salesforce systems.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts professionally and effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• A positive and customer-focused mindset with a natural drive to help others.
• Results-driven and self-motivated to meet productivity and quality expectations consistently.
• Reliable attendance, available onsite Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
• High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits (benefits available after 60 days):

• Starting at $18/hr!
• Work hours are 8am 5pm/ M-F
