Join one of the region’s leading automotive dealer groups and gain real-world experience through a rotational internship designed to expose you to three critical dealership roles: Sales Intern, Finance & Insurance (F&I) Intern, and Sales Manager Intern. Each intern will rotate through all three positions over the summer, receiving hands-on training and mentorship from top performers in the business. What You’ll Do 1. Sales Intern — “Sales Consultant’s Right Hand” * Learn and assist with the full vehicle sales process * Support CRM customer communications * Help with vehicle merchandising: photos, videos, and deliveries * Set up new customers with digital tools (e.g., Kia Connect, E-Delivery) * Learn to handle paperwork, trade-ins, and basic finance tools * Objective: Learn what it takes to be a successful sales professional in the automotive industry. 2. F&I Intern — “Finance Manager’s Right Hand” * Learn how to structure loans and secure approvals across credit tiers * Assist with funding, document handling, and lender communication * Help manage product logs and deal funding timelines (CIT) * Roleplay with managers to learn presentation/objection handling * Attend team meetings and actively contribute to performance tracking * Objective: Learn what it takes to be successful as a Finance and Insurance professional in automotive and the key role they play in protecting the Dealership, Lender, and the Customer. 3. Sales Manager Intern — “Sales Manager’s Right Hand” * Monitor team and individual performance metrics * Assist with follow-up compliance and customer satisfaction surveys * Update sales logs and help maintain performance boards * Shadow managers through sales closing scenarios and team leadership * Objective: Learn how to measure and coach Sales professionals to improve the customer experience and drive performance expectations.
